Developing film in NY

I have a roll of film I need to develop (I know, who still does that these days?!). It's from a Kodak disposable underwater camera that I used while snorkeling, 27 exposures. The places in Cleveland want like 11 or 12 bucks, and (more outrageously) will take like 2 weeks to get it back, by which time I won't be in Cleveland anymore.

Who in NY still does this kind of stuff, for a normal price, and with a normal turnaround time?

There's a place in Flatbush called magic photo that I can verify does film and does a good job. Its on Ave J between 12 & 13.
