when calling Verizon, Sprint etc. tech support for help with a phone, they can exactly guide you through the menu and settings, they told me they have a "phone simulator program" of each phone model in their system.
Anyone aware of a website that has something similar to this with different smartphone models?

It's called an emulator, and you can google the phone's model number + emulator, and see if there is anything publicly available for that model

There are for webos phones. You can technically create one for any phone to which you have a total image file. Not easy though.

BB made a simulator recently for OS 10, if that helps.
