I had the car for almost a year never brought it to the mechanic, there is no dents on it minor scratches only. I'd give the exterior a 9/10 and interior close to a 10/10.

Manual Windows and Locks.
8K Miles
The car is in excellent shape inside and out, never in accident and never needed a mechanic. There was only one owner, only reason he wants to sell is he needs a larger vehicle.

I have a friend that wants to sell his car, the problem is, he got it used from a guy that fixed it up after it was totaled. The car's been working perfectly but the title says that it was salvaged. Would that cause people not to buy it? Would a dealer buy it back?

salvage titles are hard to get rid of. Most people will not take it.  May be issues getting it insured as well.

Selling 2005 Chev. Classic (Malibu) with 118K for $2,500 (LKWD)

Runs great, new breaks just put in.
Has valid inspection good through May 2016.
I've been driving this car for the past 6 years and have had no issues with it.
With only 118K - this should last you for a long time as a second car.

Car is in Lakewood.

AC works but only on Med/High, and occasionally shuts off and you need to repress the button to resume cooling.
Has some right fender/front bumper damage from a fender bender a few years ago.
