I am trying to reserve a rental car for a family member visiting from Israel arriving in Newark airport and I found below rate from site Atlaschoice(based out of England) which is FAR less(approx $150 less) than any quote from Priceline or Hotwire.   Here is their quote which apparently includes liability and CDW insurance? for drivers who reside outside the US

If you went to get the full coverage you must select his specific country where he lives, otherwise he wouldn't get any coverage.

Yoel how do you figure that price? when I put info in for 11/7/13 6:00 am pick up to 11/17/13 11:00 a.m. drop off newark airport I get this quote
