General question-- when getting a mortgage in NY or NJ, do the banks generally pull from one or multiple bureaus, or is there no hard and fast rule?  Does it vary by bank?

My guess is they always pull from all three. They would be stupid if they didn't.

Ime with 3 separate brokers it was all 3 and they take the average.
