Barclay didn't update for 2 months, then twice in 4 days.
Plus side, score went from 700 to 804 then 800.

What changed on you report in the last 2 months to increase it so much?

I got rid of perhaps 1-2 negative accounts. (still have quite a few)
Good payment history??

Can't have both?
I have 2 old citi account $28K & $4K Charged-off. Perhaps 2-3 other old collection accounts. (constantly working on it so they keep falling off)
I have 3 barclay cards, 1 amex, 4 AU, mortgage, 2 cars, student loans etc all in good standing.

Looks like Chase Slate will be offering free FICO score

Anyone know if this is FAKO, or the real deal?

It's real part of FICOs open-access like they have with Citi.

Just spoke to a rep and it'll be rolled out to all Slate card holders over the next several months.

Lol I only have it bc it was my first card and no reason to close. Maybe they'll add the feature to their other cards...eventually.

He says "cardholders will be able to view their FICO score (experian)" but he's unsure what FICO scoring model is being used. Isn't it experian ?

Yes but I think what he means by "Fico scoring model" is, is it FICO 04, FICO 8, FICO 9 or something of that variety?

Not sure why it specifically matters what scoring model FICO/Experian is providing to Chase, but in some of his other posts related to open-access scores he mentions scoring models and their importance.

Was on hold with Amex yesterday. The "ad" playing over the hold music wouldn't shut up about that new feature. "...That's why we've partnered with Fair Isaac, the company that invented FICO scores. Blah blah blah..."

For me, that's the new "there... and THERE... and there... AND THERE!!!!"

J: Just to inform you, we are making the changes on the account however a few customer able to see their score.

I just chatted with Amex. It doesn't come up on any of my Amex cards.... They said its in its pilot stage and not everyone has them yet...
