I cant get my credit score on my fico because my SSN is 18 months old is it normal?

It could be because you don't have any credit cards which are reporting to that bureau and therefore they don't have a report for you yet
I had that for quite a few months when I first started, I couldn't check my EQ on any website

Nope i have 3credit card , but i know that experian didn't open an account something like this is it possible ?

my score is 738. the only bad mark I have is 'length of credit history'. guess theres nothing I can do about that.....
