I fully agree with the OP. Wanted to suggest this change for a while.
It feels weird every time I have to type in dansdeals to the url bar.

Or you can just put it on your Bookmarks bar. I have it as my homepage as well but I (obviously) believe it would be beneficial to all

I've got no idea how to code it.

Maybe we can start a new topic on ways to improve the format of the site and another for people who can actually do the work (just in case there isn't a topic for every possible conversation already  ).

Can another tab be added at the top of the page in between the 'Home' and 'Help' tabs that would be labeled something along the lines of 'DD Home' or 'DansDeals.com'?

@Dan I remember reading you can take away the SMF sign in the top right. I think you can replace it with your own logo. If I have free time I'll ask on SMF forum if that logo can be hyperlinked...

If that were possible wouldn't they make the standard logo hyperlinked?
