Fee is coming up at end of yr 1 for CSP visa, change card over to CSP WMC and keep points w/o AF?

Wow, Dan himself on my thread!

Is there a Guide to Getting Started for those of us just dipping our toes?

And if anyone successfully moves from CSP Visa to WMC, please let us know how that worked.

I wouldn't say for sure. Maybe they say switch to MasterCard and then reapply visa and canceling MC- giving u another free year + signup bonus

Idk what exactly happens to AF. I just know u can get the bonus again this way

Link me a post please

UR points can be transferred between spouses even without an Ink or SP.
So she can downgrade the SP to a regular sapphire that has no fee and transfer the points to her husband at her leisure.

If the switch to a MC from a visa restarts the free annual fee clock ticking, though, that's probably a better option.

How long were the cards open for when you converted them?
I only paid 15% by switching to dansdeals

I signed up for the visa and right after getting accepted I called up to change it to the MasterCard and they did it for me no problem.
