I have a few family members who are nurses. I feel bad not doing this, THANKS for the find.

Is it really worth it to lie for 10 points?

Is it a lie to click I read it when it doesn't matter to anyone?

My wife has qualms about telling Waze she's the passenger when she's driving...

If you don't care why would you comment?

What do they gain by you reading an article about breastfeeding tips?

They offer points so that you'll visit their website and become aware that they offer helpful tips so that you will visit their website again in the future.

Is there something inherently wrong about clicking on a statement which isn't factually correct (like with Waze)?

I think u should post in the moral/ethics thread. But obviously it makes a difference what you're gaining from it. If I would give you $1,000,000 for reading something, would you feel any more obligated to actually read it?

1. Apparently they feel it to be a gain for them.
2. Even if it was no gain, they specified that they are giving points for reading the article. What right do you have to lie and tell them that you should get the points?

1. If their gain was simply to visit the website that would be all they say.
2. You don't need a right to get them to send you a free item? How about to hack their code algorithm and get unlimited points? His Shulem92's case was not a hypothetical at all it is exactly the same thing you are doing only with a higher value. If it is lying for a million dollars it is lying for a few pennies as well.
