Unlock Sprint iPhone 5 less than 90 days

What are the simplest & cheapest options for this? Have a friend leaving soon to Eretz Yisroel & just got an iPhone 5.
Can Sprint be convinced to waive the 90 day requirement?
Can you pay someone to do it for less than $150 in the NY area?

Has the account been opened a while ? You just have to keep trying. I had luck telling them the phone was recommended specially for being a world phone and I needed it unlocked for my upcoming trip.

I would still try with the argument that you were told they could unlock it and you wouldn't have signed up otherwise because you need a phone for when you travel.

Put the phone on someone elses account ?
Get it unlocked by a 3rd party?

Do you know a 3rd party? Someone else's account isn't a good idea bc they track by model number
