you can use the eat24 $7 (http://forums.dansdeals.com/index.php?topic=41291.0) and try Crisp on Ave L and Nostrand
I don't personally like it bec they mix onions into the meat but I know others who do.

Not sure about the onion rings but Joseph's Dream Burger on Coney is still my favorite for burgers
