Sushi Metzuyan (The Ridge, now) is great, but they close before 11.

If anybody wants to know what Grand Bamboo is, it's currently called Mandarin. They keep changing the name. Sushi Metsuyan closes the kitchen at 10 iinm.

Hence, my being surprised. I've always found Chinese food to be hit or miss. Thought they were a little skimpy on the rice and service was really slow..and the place was barely half full. But the food was pretty good.
