No you can't remove your name because these technically are not transferable and your name will print on the folio at checkout if the guest asks for one when they leave. The buyer will normally give their own card at check in which will over ride the one you have on file when making the reservation. There is some risk involved if they don't give a different card but there needs to be a level of trust and you should only sell to someone you are comfortable doing so.

You can also put in card number for a card that you don't normally use and then lock it to make sure no charges go on it.

You can always use a GC with $1 on it or VCC. The big risk is you have other nights or points in your account. The person can extend their stay with them.
