Trouble booking this *A award

Can anyone help me? I'm trying to book TG SYD-BKK in F or C for tomorrow (Tue, Aug 3rd) and while the morning flight shows ok, I need the afternoon flight and KVS shows:

which I don't understand. I called CO and to them it shows 0 seats available.

Any thoughts?

 ANA has the morning flight as OK for all cabins and the afternoon flight as RQ for all cabins. I have no idea what RQ stands for but since the afternoon flights doesnt show any as OK , seems the only flight you can grab is the morning flight, or purchase a tkt with $$ if you have no choice but to be on the afternoon flight

RQ means they can request from the operating carrier... It usually means there probably isnt available although certain airlines like SQ can often require the airline you are trying to book through to send a request for seat availability.

 if you check the time stamp on my post you will see it was posted before that other thread was started, I thought Eli would be checking in on this thread since he started it and would thereby read taht theres a problem, which he might have missed if was posted elsewhere. But a PM might hav ebeen a better way to go in either case

Unfortunately, there has been an IT problem with this specific flight for a few months now and it is NOT bookable on miles from any program. For more info, see this thread on FT:

Wow...thanks D. I needed that flight cuz we wanted to ditch CHC and go back, but we couldn't get it and the morning flight would be a 7 hour layover in BKK and a 6 hour layover in FRA so we decided to continue on with the trip.

The point was to get back to J-M ASAP. Meanwhile I'm here in CHC. It's really nice. Boring, but nice. Went Segway'ing today and walked around. Heading back tomorrow on SQ to SIN and FRA to FRA-TLV in F.

Anyone wanna meet at Awafi for dinner Thursday night? Or in the FCT for breakfast Friday morning?
