Microsoft Store return policy

Does any one have any experience with it?

I know the website says this:

      Computers and computer hardware items, desktops, laptops, netbooks, mice, keyboards and printers provided they have not been opened or altered from their original state and do not show wear or damage. The items must have been purchased from the U. S. Microsoft Store within the last 14 calendar days.

Has anyone had any issues returning opened laptops?
