I think it is a YMMV. For the last GC craze with OfficeMax a few weeks/months ago, i got an 3k from the UR mall. That is even with the OM order being cancelled.

I got my order in for the GC with a few other items (paper clips, reinforcements). The total for the order was $90

My confirmation email says that my GC will be delivered around Sept 12 by Staples Courier and the other items will be delivered Aug 29 by UPS.

that's right since the gc comes from gift mall at not from staples

Looks like my order got cancelled. They posted a credit on my CC account for the $90 charge. and then charged me $5 for the other items I ordered.
