Anyone have issues with their card/s? My card won't activate. Was a separate letter mailed out with activation codes?

Ordered 2, one to store, one to home.  Got two calls, one right after the other.  First one was an Indian "calling from Staples" to tell me that the gc is not eligible for the coupon, - cancelled that. Second call was from the US confirming my address, and asking if I'm sure I want to keep the order even though the shipping is delayed... But that one went thru.

I just realized that of the 3 access codes I received, 2 were from GC's shipped to home and 1 was from one shipped to store. But I haven't heard anything about the card itself.
