You need a new one each time. I went incognito to get a new code for my wife's account and to get multiples under my different email addresses without accounts.

Lately they've gotten more strict about using coupons on gc orders.

In the past these orders were usually canceled. I wonder if you choose store pick option if it helps.

this is from chase ultimate rewards mall T&C, Not eligible on purchases made with coupon or discount codes that are not found on this site.
