For anybody who didn't receive the 2nd letter with the activation code (like me),
you can call 877-426-2551 and have them manually activate it.

beat me to it... just called staples a few min ago, and they gave me the # and got my cards activated hassle free... was about search for the thread and post...

i don't want to activate them till i use them, is there a time frame to call them?

Order was supposed to be delivered to store on 11th, called them today to see the story, since I didnt get a call.
They told me it came in a weird envelope, not like usual deliveries, and they just left it in the office waiting for someone to claim it.

Hmm, interesting. Mine was also supposed to come on the 11th, and I called today and there was no record of it. Maybe it's in the office.

I went to the store today, they looked all over and couldn't find it. They called staples.com and they didn't know where it was either. After over a half hour of looking, the manager told me to call and cancel the order and get a refund, and she'll give me a gc from the store for the same price.

Ordering gc's to the store is a big problem.
It comes to the store in a regular envelope with your name on it, with the stores address.

Usually the stores just think it's a wrong address. They then either dump the in some junk mail pile etc.

Had this issue a few times, and then I stopped ordering to the store.
