Strange orbitz situation

I booked 3 pax on jul. 18, flight is tomorrow they sent me a "Prepare for your trip" email today i noticed something strange: there's only 2 pax on reservation, i checked all airline websites and cmt and only 2 pax appear !

Reservation was separated, they gave me the record locator for separate reservation, confirmed it with airline. 

They gave me a $50 future travel voucher valid for 1 year from issue date

Not trying to criticize.... in the future, if you have a ticket number, you can call airline and ask for record locator, and sometime even get it online.

I meant if you have a ticket number, obviously something is amiss, as opposed to without it, maybe orbitz had a glitch or you messed up, but with a ticket #, the airline can tell you what's going on.
