Who was on the flight Sunday night 11:50? turns out the YYZ - PHL leg cancelled and nutcase I am, despite foreseeing this, had a flight from YYZ -DCA - FLL

So they book me PHL - DCA - YYZ, then change 2nd ticket to YYZ - CLT - FLL.. I told them, look, have some mercy, just patch me to go PHL - DCA - FLL.. and they would not even though I paid a higher fare to fly from YYZ.

The airlines arrogance is unbelievable.. I wasent trying to take advantage of them! They gave me a flight that was due to arrive in FLL at 10pm! The clincher was that I had a 30 min window between DCA - YYZ and YYZ - CLT so I finally get them to switch me to a PHL - YYZ yay

Every single flight was delayed, I get to CLT boarding where they "FORCED" literally yanked my carry on suitcase out of my hand and checked it in.. despite my complaints that "darned if im going t drag on this 31 hour nighmtare" there was overheadspace taken up by some guy's coat.

Flight delayed... arrive in miami about 10:45.. get suitcase at 11:15?


USair is a disgrace, I played this by the books and all i get was a nightmare.

Worst customer service ever!
It took 20 hucas to change the flight that was affected by weather advisory!  They were saying tlv isn't on travel advisory even though it arrives in phl which is part of it . They also charged booking fee to change flight!

Now I see how barclays and us airways are a perfect match! They sound the same. I felt like I was talking to Barclays recon again.

I got $50 orbucks from orbitz (I didn't ask for it) because US Airways cancelled the PHL-YYZ. This is above the $85 I received from US Airways per ticket.

how much did you pay for your ticket? How did you work out getting 85$ per each ticket? I only got $20

Paid $461 when they canceled my YYZ I called them up and they asked me what I want, I said a refund. I didn't ask for an amount.

I booked ewr-phl-tlv tlv-phl-yyz back in August for 461.22 each went with my wife for 2 weeks in january. was great. On the return they canceled the yyz flight and they kept delaying it for a few hours. u called them up and told them that if it's that late I can't take it (not that I planned on taking it. ... they gave me all miles for flights flown and refunded me 20 for each flight that I didn't fly

Just heard a very funny story. Older couple got booked on one of these by there son. On there departure from tlv there flight to PHL got cancelled, US re-routed them to YYZ... alol (i dont know the rest of the story, but thats the funny part)

I am pretty sure that US Airways does not have direct flights from TLV to YYZ, so how were they rerouted ??

I got the end of the story, and this guys in laws went down to BG and insisted that they not go direct, so they put them on a DL flight to YYZ with a stop in jfk
