I bought 2 tickets flying on Dec 9th from Lga To Philly and Philly to Brussels and then Tlv, for $350.
I noticed this week that they had me flying from Philly to Brussels, leaving at 6:30PM on US Airways arriving in Brussels at 8:05AM on the Dec 10th (7+ hr flight + a 5 hr time diff). I am supposed to catch a flight with ElAl from Brussels to TelAviv at 12:05PM (4 hr stop-over). However somehow Otbitz messed up and they have me leaving from Brussels on the 9th and not the 10th (the day before I arrive there). Which means that by the time I get to Brussels, my flight will have already landed in Israel the day before.
I called Orbitz, and to make a very long story short, after 4 hours on the phone, speaking to 2 reps, a supervisor and the supervisor's manager they changed my ticket so that I'd leave from Philly the day before on the 8th and catch the filght on the 9th from Brussels. (This was after they tried putting me on many different filghts and then telling me that my only option was a full refund, which of course I didn't accept and threatened to go viral, contact news agencies and the BBB and others.)
The same exact thing happened to my friend who booked the same itinerary as myself, so it was not just one random mistake. I imagine this has happened to many others and they are not aware.

Dan if you see this post and you have a way of notifying others, in a way other than just the forums, please do so. I was happy that I was able to work this out in the end. I can't imagine what would've happened had I not found out until I got to the airport.
P.S.
Orbiz had charged my CC and extra $35 processing fee, which after I resolved my itinerary, I had them refund. So check your cards too and make sure you were not overcharged.
