BOS-PHL-ZRH-TLV

After getting the email telling me my flight has been changed, I noticed a diff flight number from BOS-PHL. Cuts my connection from 58 to 51 min (70% on time on the inbound flight) and need to get from terminal B to terminal A.

I assume my odds of making the connection are slim to none.
If I misconnect, is the airline officially responsible to reroute me?

I would request a reroute based on the shortened connection time, they took away 12% of your connection time...

Not sure what the second half meant but do you recommend calling Orbitz or US?

US, orbitz can't/won't reroute you. 7 minutes out of 58 minutes is 12%.

They offered to change my BOS-PHL flight to one earlier that day for no fee.
Don't think I'll do it though bc it will be annoying to get from NYC to BOS and be there early.

I'm flying iyh with my wife & two children, for my kids who won't probably fly again anytime soon, should I credit the miles to UA?, US?, AC? Or to Aegean just in case there will be a good deal again soon?

I would say that you should contact the email that was included in the email they sent a month ago.
Big chance that they might still refund it.

My brother in law emailed them to cancel (after the deadline), they didn't want to refund, only willing to cancel and give credit for the amount paid for future travel within a year.

i am little confused i am reading the forum and i am seeing alot of people canceling there trip
is there something to worry about
i am a major newbie to this type of stuff so the help from the community is greatly appreciated.

thank you for the peace of mind... last thing orbitz sent me an email in my original itinerary that my first legs on time percentage is 20% with that being said.. if my first flight get delayed and i am going to miss my connection. are they obligated to give me a direct flight from LGA-TLV?

As far as I know, since it is one booking it's US Airways's responsibility to get you to TLV, I'll admit that 1h 9m is quite short, but you should be able to make it, I would suggest that you try to go standby on an earlier flight from LGA to PHL. good luck.
