THANKS NETZIH!!

I am still looking for data points as to whether people skipping the flight to YYZ will get partner credit. I believe the earliest flights available in this deal were in November (although if I'm wrong and people were already able to take some of those flights, please correct me), so I assume we'll have to wait until mid-to-late November for the brave individuals who chance it to educate the rest of us.

1) Don't credit your miles to United. There have been many reports of United miles being clawed!

no cuz ur in the terminal the whole time and don't go out of security when changing gates

I just checked in fur my flight, lga-phl-zrh-tlv. On the kiosk it showed the last leg in first, but as it is on Swiss we did not get a boarding pass. Could it have been a mistake or were we upgraded?

Tried canceling lga to phl no luck. I think I might have a chance with huca though, there really is no reason why they shouldn't do it...

The only normal Amtrak ticket that I could find for my date is 7:00 am when landing is 5:20 am. Isn't that risky?
If I miss the that train, is my ticket worthless?
What other option do I have other than buying an expensive ticket?

My mil's flight from NYC- PHL was delayed causing her to miss her connection in PHL. She was rerouted via EWR the following morning on an LY flight.
