i got a call from US Airways "Hello Donna Palandi office for Nathan B are you available to speak to Donna?" I said yes.
Next she went on and on how she is very in tune with her customers (lol) I was pretty off guard for this convo she called me on thanksgiving day. bottom line she ripped me many new holes.. and all I got was a $150 Credit for each ticket

Returned yesterday on flight 771 uneventful. Fine flight. Arrived on time. Flight attendants walked around filling our water bottles up. Thanks Dan for affording me an opportunity to spend time in the Holy Land.
No problem going out of customs with my bag. I ripped the tag off just in case.
Just walked right out.

We were on the flight from lga-phl on Nov 27. Delay was mechanical but pilot said we will still make connection due to ground stop in phl. We got stuck overnight in phl. Bad experience to say the least. I want to complain how to go about it?

Short connections are always problematic. I survived bechasdei hashem.

I made the PHL - YYZ connection Dec 9, the flight was due to depart 9:39 but we left like 2 hours later.. I wasent happy but its a weather issue.

Now my other issue is, I have a 2nd flight, but my sister gets married 4 days before then return, can I get them to change the return flight ? and if they want to charge me, i'd be ok paying as long as I can change it from PHL - YYZ to PHL - FLL /MIA

Thoughts ? thanks

returned from TLV->PHL Dec 9
everything went ok besides whether delays. I found out later that besides the 3 hours delay to PHL there were more delays on my flight to YYZ.
I am hoping that gives me leverage for getting the FF miles on my account

Otherwise trip as great, thanks to all the posters of this deal

mom just arrived, and she said everything worked out smoothly. she had to run from one end of the airport to the other to catch her phl>tlv flight but otherwise she "doesnt see why she would ever take el al again except that there the safest" as she said.... alol

i had 2 suitcases and both overweight when checking in at lga and ready to pay all those fees (w/ Platinum cards of course), lady at check-in told me to just pay $50 for first-class status on flight to phi and that enabled me 2 suitcases of 70 lbs and bags went thru all the way to tlv! sounds like good way to get cheap extra baggage

It's this always the case that it would go all the way to tlv? Or was it just a nice agent?
