As far as high risk your best bet is with dr Rebarber one of the top in the field. The rest of his staff is also top notch.

dr hakimi office is in teanek he is a frum dr he spent the whole night in the hospital with us brought along a is seforim and my guess spent his time leaqrning while waiting for the right time, its nice to feel you are in hands of a yirai shamayim, besides the fact is a high risk specialist and will do everything al pi daas torah wont push a c section so he makes an extra 20,000 dollars there is also dr abdelek who is high risk people are very happy with
