I went to the El Greco Diner parking lot and they use a tow company (same scam) called Custom Wreckers. They towed the guy and his girfriend. And do you know how much he was charged? $300.00 He showed me the receipt. And I told him to contact me through Facebook as I know how he will be able to get his money back, obviously, since every single thing that these tow people do EVEN THOUGH ITS A PRIVATE PARKING LOT, is break the lawS.
Just curious, why are you fighting against this, were you scammed as well?

He's basing that on the signs that were there.
The signs were put up by stopillegaltowing,  not by the tow company or the parking lot owners.

BRISK- There weren't 6 or 7 signs. Those signs are mine. I created them, if you don't believe me here it is.  They had 2 of their retarded Warning signs and that's it. I guarantee they will take my signs down. Because it is too CLEAR and TO THE POINT. But guess what? I will be putting up more once they are taken down. These signs are going to be all over the internet, going to be posted all over Brooklyn and all over Queens. And when I get done with this tow truck company they will be under your pillow when you wake up.
That was not the sign I saw.
I saw a sign put up by them (6/7 of them).

without the signs,  would you say it's a public lot, meant for target and other stores in the mall? Or meant for just  7-11 and TD bank?

That doesn't change anything...
changes everything.
Look how quick ppl were to call the whole thing a total scam, without knowing anything about layout and location of lot.
