Did you go to the DCA?

Bruh, where were you when my suitcase weighed it 51.50 pounds?

They could do anything? It seems it is a known scam and still not stopped

If the towing company did something wrong then absolutely yes. I would go to the DCA.

I don't understand whats illegal here, there is a sign, (maybe too small) that lot it for customers only, and you will be towed if your not a customer. Why is that a scam.

Yes,  besides that no one sees the sign, its a parking lot with many stores so seems you can run across the street for a minute,  but someone is watching you .  Basically its a multi million dollar business,  where they want you to get towed. And it was just opened a year ago so seems it was setup intentionally to tow people.

rly? The whole shopping center was bought just to tow ppl? Only issue i see here is that sign is too small, and every1 now agrees that its a private lot, they can tow u for parking there if your not a customer.

If you would go there you would see there is a clear scheme going on.

There are 3 people running this scheme.  They wait for you to leave the lot and hope you do.

Something must be wrong if someone gets towed every 5 minutes

ya I'll tell you what's wrong, ppl are parking in a private lot meant just for customers.
Instead of paying for the parking garage meant for the gown store.

do u even knw the parking lot he's talking about?
And following is what all private lots do, because he has to make sure your not shopping in the allowed store.
Ppl dont wanna follow rules, it just easier to blame e/o else , e/t is a scam .

And here's the gown store Across the street, part of a "mall" with target and other stores.
There is a on site parking garage but guess what, it cost $. So why not park in a private lot across the street for free right?

I still think the sign could have been in readable letters if they really did not want people to park there.

Isn't that how most private lots are set up?
