According to Dan: The nights post within a week of spending, regardless of statement close.
They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Go to Hyatt.com make a reservation, click book, and before cc page you will see offer for card with the 2 free nights PLUS $50 statement credit. Looks something like this

Anniversary nights appear in account before annual fee posts.

Trying to get the offer with the $50 credit as per the wiki, and its not working on mobile even when I option to full site..any tips?

pretty sure that isn't updated correctly. AFAIK the best offer right now is 2 free nights + 5k points
Maybe a 50k targeted offer out there, although per the FT wiki it sounds like there is even a 80k offer but I can't find anyone talking about it.
