According to Dan: The nights post within a week of spending, regardless of statement close.
They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Best offer out there for now: (Thanks DoGo!)
Go to Hyatt.com make a reservation, click book, and before cc page you will see offer for card with the 2 free nights PLUS $50 statement credit. Looks something like this

Anniversary nights appear in account before annual fee posts.

I believe I recently saw a 20,000 point referral for the chase hyatt cc. I don't remember if it popped on my screen on the chase website or on hyatt.
Does anybody know about this referral bonus?
I was hoping to refer my whole family at 20k each.
You really think it is fair to ask about referrals on the forums?
I just found a new supply of forks!

This holiday season, feel more rewarded than ever for making purchases that help you stay connected to those you love. Register your Hyatt Credit Card or your World of Hyatt Credit Card and you can receive a $25 statement credit in November and December if you spend $500 on internet, cable and phone services, shipping and at grocery stores and movie theaters in each month.*

Here's how it works:
1 Register your Hyatt Credit Card or your World of Hyatt Credit Card by November 30, 2018.
2 Spend $500 or more in combined purchases in the following categories in November or December: internet, cable and phone services; shipping; grocery stores; movie theaters.
3 Get a $25 credit on your Hyatt Credit Card or your World of Hyatt Credit Card statement for each month of qualified spend. Thatís up to $50 in total if you qualify in November and December.

How long does it typically take for the anniversary night to post?
was charged on 11/1, still haven't received it.

P.S. How come this thread wasn't active for more than a year? is there a different thread discussing the Hyatt CC?

I'm seeing reports that Chase is offering a $200 statement credit and a free night at any category 1-7 hotel instead of the 50,000 points on the World of Hyatt card. New cardmembers can choose between the  two offers. The $200 statement credit doesn't require any minimum spending and the  free night needs $3,000 spend. Similar to the other two-tier offer.

50K points is the better offer

I agree.
But for manypeople the lower minimum spend required combined with the fact that people aren't traveling right now, the new offer might be more useful.

When does the 15K spend for a free night reset? Date account opened? Date annual fee charged?

Also does the spend 5K get 2 stay credits reset?

How soon after you get approved are you supposed to get the 10 nights credit? I was approved a few weeks ago and only got 5 nights for 2020.
Also is there any good way to speed up getting the signup bonus after completing spend?
Sorry I don't have any snarky line for this space

Pardon my ignorance, but after reading the ddms post I have a question. If I apply for the cc by 12/31 I get 10 qualifying nights towards elite status in 2020 and 10 in 2021. Wouldn't that make it 20 elite nights by 2021 and only 10 more nights needed to receive Globalist Status? What happens to the 10 qualifying nights received in 2020, dissappears?

They dont disappear but with a new year your elite nights reset to 0 so they count for last year
