According to Dan: The nights post within a week of spending, regardless of statement close.
They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Best offer out there for now: (Thanks DoGo!)
Go to Hyatt.com make a reservation, click book, and before cc page you will see offer for card with the 2 free nights PLUS $50 statement credit. Looks something like this

Anniversary nights appear in account before annual fee posts.

I spent the $1000 and paid and still do not see anything. Is 2 free nights something that they send you or you see it online?

Should show up in your HGP account.

(Full disclosure: the nights used to show up within 7-10 days when it used to be after first purchase. Maybe it has changed since then?)

It usually posts in you Hyatt account a couple days after you meet the spend.

It shows in your Hyatt account. Go to "My account" and then "My awards", it should show there.

no go on the AF cr:

It is my pleasure to assist you with your account inquiry
today.

Our records indicate that you requested the $100 statement
credit enrollment bonus offer on April 19, 2013. That $100
credit did post to the Hyatt account on April 22, 2013.

If you would rather have the first year free enrollment
bonus we would have to remove the $100 statement credits.
No account can receive both offers.

If you have any further questions, please reply using the
Secure Message Center.

I've read about 15 pages but I'm still unclear on how to get the $100 credit.  All I have to do is SM them saying I saw an offer for a $100 statement credit and want them to match it?? I know you need to make a reservation from hyatt.com.  I assume all reservations are cancelable without fees. CMIIW.

Also, is it worth it to make a reservation first and send the confirmation number along with the first SM?

Finally, people were referencing a link to get the $100 from the hyatt website during checkout.  I can't see that link.  Do i need it at all?

Thanks everyone for the idea.  It worked like a charm on my first try!

I wrote:

Dear Chase,

I would like to request the $100 statement credit for my account per the promotion I've attached. I have a reservation confirmation # xxxxxxxx and I've attached a copy of the confirmation too.

Chase responded within 12 hours:

Dear Yehoshua,

I appreciated you providing us with the reservation
information. I have credited your account for the
$100.00. This will post to your next billing statement.

I wanted to stay at a hilton so i could match to hyatt diamond.
If i stay at a hilton with senior rate, i heard they don't give points. Does anyone know if they still give a stay credit?
Thanks

By making a reservation. It's not a confirmation number for the bonus, it's a reservation confirmation number.
