They expire 12-13 months from posting and can typically be extended by 1 more month by emailing Hyatt.

Unless they have no other rooms and the suite is reserved they usually allow you to stay in your original room.

I read through a couple of pages on this thread and haven't seen an answer. Has anybody successfully churned this card and gotten multiple free nights?

yes it was spoken about up thread, if i remember correctly, i sent in a screen shot of a (new) reservation and asked them to match that offer (it used to be $100). However now that its only $50 you may want to ask to have your AF waived (or else it already was).

I just got the two free nights from this card. I'm going to California this summer. Any specific hyatt property in LA, San Diego, or San Francisco I should use them at? I'll use spg for the other nights I'm there. Thanks
