Transferred Amex points

I had 190,000 Amex MR points and used about 70,000 points, leaving me with 120,000. Now i called up Amex and they told me I have 169,000, which i promptly moved into a frequent flyer account. Has this ever happened to anyone before? Is it possible that they just screwed up?

Few time i issue ticket and was never charge for the miles  delta and air france

airfrance acctualy charge me for the miles but then (after the last segment of the ticket ) credit it back to the accout
it happen to me 3 times on a 120K ticket
that was owsem
