Spending Threshold

Can anyone advise on how to make sure a purchase today will post  by tomorrow?  I have to meet a spending threshold by tomorrow and was just informed that that is the post deadline, not transaction deadline.  If I make a donation online today, will that post by tomorrow?  And does Labor Day make a difference?  Thanks very much.

Guess I'm not familiar with protocol. I did not see a thread for this and needed an answer fairly quickly.  Happy to repost in a different thread if you can direct me to one.  Also, do you have any helpful info for me by any chance?  Thanks.

Any purchase should post by 24 hrs. Besides airline ticket,  merchants that bill when ships such as amazon.

Problem is today is a legal holiday so you might have to wait longer then 24 Hours.

i did AP yesterday and it posted today. and thats from a Sunday to a legal holiday!

-1 depends on the turnaround of the merchants cc processor.
