Why can't a search be 1 character long ? Adding on a 2nd character doesn't always help.

I don't remember offhand but I've had it several times. Once I was looking for a specific thread & all I could remember was that it had a single digit in the title.

Or between posts. Sometimes i have replies open in more than one tab, and then I find them and want to submit them all in a row.

Because it takes me four seconds to push the home way and only three seconds not to remove my finger from the cursor.

I imagine it's to block out the possibility of a ddos type of situation.

Im able to find stuff there. But it'll show a few recent results, then it'll go all the way back to 2006-2009, then back to 2013-2014.

This is for the perfectionist in me - I imagine some simple coding can make user names that are to long get cut off or make the font go smaller

The search seems to be very title oriented... Even if it's a title from 2005, it'll show that than a whole post about xyz, if it's not in the title.

I was referring to the wait between searches.
I don't post there too much because I still haven't figured out how fast is considered "typing too fast".
