Here's a weird one... I noticed that posts on DDF show up earlier if I'm not signed in. Maybe a 2-4 minute delay.

My browser blocks twitter. It lets through the actual wording of the tweet but that's it. (Netfree, if you must know)
Tweets in hebrew come through distorted, unicode like.
