WallMart bill pay

Recently I tried to use Wall Mart bill pay services to pay for my ink an ink bold cards but it didn't work (in 3 locations).
Is it a problem with my cards or you can't pay a bus credit card with this service?

I've done my bill pays and chase sometimes just will not work, for some reason. You can try using the biller, 'visa' instead of chase but it still doesn't always work.

Yes Iv'e done it many times, have them use Mastercard.

IME no billing address required.

No address required IME, though sometimes they ask for a biller zip, I just give them mine and it goes through.
