I used my ppdc to pay a credit card bill and to buy a MO and did not get the 1% back. Am I supposed to be getting it back?

Mo is almost always pin Based debit which does not get the 1% back.

Can't speak for MO (because I've never used a PP Debit for it) but RadPad is definitely legit.

I've never done MO either but I would think that PP would only see the name of the place you got it and not the actual purchase to be suspicious, no?

I personally go with visa. If store is out of visa (ex. 7-11) then I get ppmcc.

PPMC is great if you're liquidating it legitimately. If you pay rent, RadPad is great. Easy points every month for something that you wouldn't otherwise be getting points for.

With PayPal, there are basically no fees because of 1% CB.

One Vanilla doesn't say the words gift card on the front. Besides for that they are exactly the same.

Yes,  you can set backup funding to just about any linked account when you use the PPBDMC.  It'll pull from the PP account balance first until spent down to $0, then a backup funding account would kick in.
