Why did you tell Citi you wanted to use a PPBDMC? Just tell them you want to pay via debit.

Some VGC's have been known to work with Citi.

Reread my post. I didn't tell Citi that.

Cap1 had me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to run the card and the guy finally asked what it was. Just told the truth, wasn't hiding anything. I had $5k in sales on my PP account and just wanted to pay my balance without transferring to bank account first.

Just told Citi I was calling to make a debit payment and they saved the card for me to use in the future. Geez.....

My bad. I meant to ask why you told Cap1 and typed Citi by mistake. Your first post didn't say anything about after 20 minutes that you told the guy you were using a PPBDMC.

Just got my debit card this weekend. Is loading it up and withdrawing through an ATM a red flag that will close acct?
Is it possible to withdraw from ATM?

The only non-red flag is to use it for actual spending.

Went today to a Walgreens that always had a lot of mcc and didn't find any. I spoke to the store manger and he told me that they won't get in anymore because its out of there system (what ever that means!) Report pls back if you're having the same issue

Latest version of the iPhone app claims that you can load "cash" at register at CVS and RA using the app. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/paypal/id283646709 Maybe this means they're phasing out physical cards?

it is reloadable so just reload the one that you have

You can't reload used ones at Walgreens.

Tried buying one from 7 eleven today, transaction seemed to go through but then the cashier got an error, something about the card being expired. On my cc statement it looks like the charge went through and then reversed

I just got the card (prepaid master dc) and today noticed my balance $5 short. In acct he, it had a $5 "monthly debit fee" what is that?
