could be a big hassle,I've had an issue where I transferred 1k to dw's account first the transaction was put on hold for review, next morning I get a barrage of emails on both amounts, first the ppmc warning email followed by shutdown emails followed by emails stating that there is no ability to reappeal. On my first call the rep grilled me and wanted me to submit receipts for all the ppmc cards,I huca'ed and got a more level headed rep who heard me out and reopened all the accounts, was a big pita

Have been doing Paypal for a while now--received a notification that account was limited. After signing in to make to all funds were out, they said I can get my account back by filing out an affidavit. I've never heard of this before--has anyone else?
