I've taken over 50 flights with Rafi and Talia and am about to embark on a long one.
But to make plans before knowing what you're dealing with?

We're expecting our first any day now, and over the last few months, I kept telling my wife, "this is our last trip before the baby and our lives get crazy..." Must have gone on 4 or 5 "last trips." 
I feel like it's irresponsible to book anything now for the coming months for the exact reason you mentioned. Still have theoretical plans...just don't tell my wife

Wow! Now that's  impressive. But I'm sure at this point you have it down to a science. My wife and I just took our first flight with our two children and were dreading it even though it was only about an Hour  and a half flight. Although it actually went pretty smooth.

90 minutes is nothing to fear, worst case is a rough 90 minutes.
It's the 10 hour flights that can be scary. Especially if you're in J/F.

Of course. That's why I've done very little actual trip planning. But you can't get the ideas out of your head...
