My car once stalled/didn't start when i was on the lower east side. Called the 800 number on the car for help locating a service center. Told them my zip code and that i was in Manhattan. She kept suggesting places in Hoboken  and nearby NJ. Finally she said" How far is New York City from Manhattan?

I called ba to inquire about a booking I made from lga to mia. This is how the conversation went (summarized with the good stuff)
Me: I'm calling about my booking from nyc to mia, it's not showing in my account.
BA REP: can you give me the specific flight details.
Me: it's flight xxxx leaving lga @ 6 pm arriving in mia at 9 15.
BA REP: MR sport I can't find your booking for JFK to mia
Me: ms. It's departing from lga
Rep: Oh, so it's a flight from JFK to lga.

I once called BA about I flight from LGA to DTW, after giving her my PNR she says, "I see that you have a flight from London Gatwick to Dallas Texas".

Clearly, she deals with flights from LGW-DFW much more often then LGA-DTW.
