Someone please help me out!! This is driving me nuts (soon I may have to post it in mesh's thread:P)
If someone creates, and sells an app displaying your content without your consent you file a __________ to get it removed.
Dan you used this term once (when a there was an unauthorized dansdeals app in the google play store), maybe you can help me out here.

It was like a cease and desist but a different term.

I'm not looking for the way to get an app removed from the app store. I'm looking for the name of the thing you file (I think it's the equivelant of a cease and desist for digital content?)
