What time are you supposed to land? Could you stay in MCO if your flight was delayed? Seems to close for comfort.

To cut it really close, 7:45 - 30 min travel and 15 min fudge time = 7:00 landing or earlier. 3:40 for the flight = 3:20pm  + fudge time = 3:00 take off at latest.
Scheduled takeoff 13:25 (1:25pm)  That gives you up to 1:30 hrs for delays.
You can always leave the airport without your bag and get it from the lost baggage area after Shabbos.


On the other hand, such tight timing may be disrespectful to Shabbos (If you had an important meeting or your son's engagement party - would you time it so closely?) and Chinuch is in what you DO not what you say.
