Ikea makes some good quality ones. I have five of the ikea "Billy" bookcases and I've been very happy with them.

Do you use it with heavy seforim?

Price range?
The ones in the link are composite wood. Might not hold up for so long. If you're gonna fill them up with seforim and would like them to last, you may be interested in investing a little more to get ones that will last a lifetime.

I have these from target, Although I bought them before they were sold under the Threshold name.
So far they're holding up well. On the shelves that I keep my shas, in order to avoid weighing the shelf down too much, I skipped a few volumes a placed a picture there instead, this way it weighs less and still looks nice

I do the exact same thing with the Billys from Ikea.
So far they've held up perfectly that way.

I put my Shulchan Aruch on the bottom shelf and my Shas on the middle shelf which is screwed in not just held up with brackets. They're fairly new though, so I don't know how they stand up over time.

I use bookshelves that my father bought 25 years ago from Ikea. I don't think they sell them anymore but they are excellent quality, holding heavy shasim  not a hint of a sag.

The best solution I've seen for a sagging bookshelf was this bolted under the shelf, barely noticeable.

Good find

So, my Ikea Hemnes bookshelves are falling apart, especially the one with the Chosson-Shas at the bottom (and Artscroll DafYomi on top). Time to bump this vintage thread.

1. Does anyone have any recommendations not yet mentioned here?
2. If you posted above, are your IKEA Billy, Target or Staples bookshelves still holding up?
