Store forgot to swipe 7 cards!! called Amex they said if it is swiped today in store they will credit the account!!

I was told AUs AREN'T going get the credit on the card. It's per account, not per credit card. I called Amex to confirm and they said AU don't get credited $10.  Did anyone hear otherwise or was this rep ignorant? I asked her to double check that with someone else. She asked her supervisor which confirmed it...

Nope, though if I would've thought for a second that I would have an issue with the store I sent it to, I would've done it by you.  I just don't live in monsey and figured it would be easier in the town where I live.  Store swiped, now lets see amex credit me.
