i had a similar case, i was billed about $300 more then usual, i called Sprint At 877-567-9318 ( it a department that picks up the phone right away) and i explained to them that "it dosent make scents, and i am not about to go true every single phone call...... and the guy says to me "because u r a cotumer since 1996, we will adjust your bill, and he took off all overage.......

Sorry for reviving a dead thread. The above number is no longer in service, anyone know of a good replacement?
