AA Exec Plat - Will BA miles qualify for AA EQM's?

I'm around 20K miles from Executive Plat with AA. Considering going to Israel on British Airways for the 13K. I've been hearing mixed reports - will the 13k be counted as EQM's toward my AA status?

Should all earn 100% EQM though the O classes only earn 50% EQP while the T earns 150% EQP.
