How can you scramble your location?
I would ask this question in tech talk , there are some guys that know how to trick your phone into thinking as if it's in america

Are you sure that would help? I'm not so sure they're actually tracking your location, rather your IP address. 'Fake GPS' mocks your location, not your IP address.

I know at least 2 people who had their accounts closed without doing anything crazy. (At least I got referral bonuses  :D.) I personally barely squeezed through an interrogation without get shut down. They watch the location of your IP address apparently.

I meant if you use your account from an American location. That should help keep them off your back.

I use my app all the time without any spoofing etc to deposit checks and pay bills without any issues. I also view my account online without changing VPN etc.

I deposit checks from a PC as well as P2P transfer, pay bills, occasionally ATM withdrawal, etc. without issue. However, back in the spring of 2014, when I had my 360 accounts open several months, I was contacted by 360 and their concern seemed to be that I should not have an account with them if I'm not permanently, physically in the US. They don't seem to care that their T&C states clearly that the customer needs to be a US person (as per their definition a US citizen, for example) but does not require presence in the US. I actually have a friend who was shut down before my story at the stage of completing the opening of an account because he's not in the US. They seem to be paying good attention to IP addresses. BH I got them off my back by telling them that although presently I'm staying in Israel, I do plan to be back in the US (for a visit though didn't say that) in a few short months (which was of course true. I wouldn't say it otherwise.) I do though keep 1 day YT.

If someone is making Aliyah does he have to call the CC companies and let them know that he's moving overseas?
If yes, will they allow you to continue keeping the card?

Won't their fraud dept. all of a sudden see that the card is being used overseas and put a block on the card?

I've been using my cc's in Israel the past 3 years, never had one fraud alert.

I think you should be able to send it to a different address, but if not then once it gets to your address in America you can request another card to Israel. As far as over nighting the card just tell them you need the card asap usually they will express the shipping

are you serious? i know amex does that, but everyone will ship the card to Israel? and OVERNIGHT???!!!
thanks in advance

I have found - Citi will Not send a card overseas until the "original" sent is activated- Amx will but usually will need to wait 10-15 days and report it as never recvd-- Barclay n bnk America no problem to send  first card overseas if do right after approval and if miss the chance they will send duplicate  next day ---Chase I am not up to date with --- ALL SEND FEDX etc no charge if ask

How long should it take to receive a new Amex card at my US address without rushing it? I applied yesterday. Should it arrive by the 13th?
